"Flowers-Birds-Wind-Moon(Ka-Cho-Fu-Getsu)" was created and premiered in Cremona, and then performed in France, Germany and Czechoslovakia. This performance in Saison Theater was the Japan's premier. There exist a flyer of the same design, photographs and video recordings.
